Terms of Service

Last updated: June 15, 2026

By using Tiklo (the “Service”) you agree to these terms. Tiklo is a free tool that helps you download TikTok videos, audio, and images for personal use. If you don't agree with these terms, please don't use the Service.

Acceptable use

You are responsible for how you use the files you download. Only download content you own or have permission to use, and always respect the rights of the original creators. Do not use Tiklo to infringe copyright, violate someone's privacy, or break the law in your jurisdiction.

You agree not to abuse, overload, scrape, or attempt to disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.

No affiliation with TikTok

Tiklo is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok or ByteDance Ltd. “TikTok” is a trademark of its respective owner, used here only to describe compatibility.

Intellectual property

Tiklo does not host, own, or claim any rights to the content you download — that content belongs to its respective creators and rights holders. We respect intellectual property rights and expect you to do the same.

Service provided “as is”

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee that every link will resolve, that downloads will always succeed, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Some videos may be private, removed, or region-locked and cannot be downloaded.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tiklo and its operators are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including how you use any downloaded content.

Changes to the Service and terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time. We may also update these terms; continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
